AVENTURE CMI regretfully announces that it can no longer represent Aventure/Tradesure/Tim Jordaan, as a yacht or builder choice. Due to failure to keep (continued) promises to CMI, clients, partners, etc., and recent judgments (with others pending) against Aventure and Tim Jordaan (who now claims he does not own the company, the boats...anything!), we feel that regardless of the value or quality of anyone's product, poor business practices and a complete lack of ethics does not make it worth the risk to CMI's clients. CMI will not knowingly put a client's several hundred thousand dollars at risk by recommending a builder that constantly changes stories to suit their needs, and has shown to take considerable time and effort TO HIDE all their assets, demonstrating forehand knowledge that they WILL most likely be sued for their practices. Caveat emptor.
